RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love what you have ordered but understand it can be tricky buying swimwear online. We endeavour to be as accurate with product descriptions and measurements so please read through these carefully on each product page and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to completing your purchase.
If you find that your purchase does not suit you or fit properly, you may return the clothing within 30 days at your cost. To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original hang tags and labels attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure it makes it to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the availability of an exchange or refund. Your choice of the offered options of refund or exchange will then be processed. If it is a refund, credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you find that a faulty garment has made it past our quality control system, contact us to arrange return postage at our cost and a replacement or repair if available, or a refund.
